Scoring Key

It’s highly unlikely that you are a good fit for The CQ Coaching Program™ at this time. It would not be recommended for you to go through the evaluation process until or unless things change for you. Remember no program or single source is the answer for everybody. If you continue to seek you will find your answer.
21 - 30
It’s possible that you may be a fit for The CQ™ Coaching Program. Depending upon the specifics of your situation, it would probably be worth while to have a conversation with Suzanne. At the end of that conversation she will tell you if she thinks it makes sense for you to take the assessment and go further. She will only suggest you go further if she thinks it’s worth both of your time.
31 - 40

The Coaching Evaluation Process
Over the years I have learned that I can’t help everyone - no matter how much I’d like to. And just like you, my time is very limited and I can only work with a very small group of folks at a time.
As a result, I’ve become very selective about the clients I take on. I’ve learned whom I’m most likely to be able to help and whom I’m not. I’ve also learned the importance of only working with folks that I really like and connect with.
So, before I agree to take anyone on as a client I first spend an hour (or more) asking them specific questions designed to give me an idea of their personally type, their current situation, and what’s likely to get in their way.
At that point, if I think there’s a possibility of a fit I have them take a 45 minute assessment. Once the assessment is scored and returned to me I spend between 30 minutes to an hour reviewing the results.
Finally, I spend another hour going over my impressions of our initial time together and what’s indicated in the assessment.
I don’t make a final determination of whether I will take someone on as a client until I have gone over their results and have observed how they react and respond (with the exception of two situations that can show-up on the assessment and would cause me to refer them to someone else).
It’s very important to me to make sure, as much as possible, that together we have a good chance of making a positive and long-lasting difference. If we don’t have that chance to begin with it just doesn’t make sense to work together…period.
So, the first step, since you’re on this web site, would be to take the quick quiz that follows. Of course, you could also email me at: suzanne@chaircoach.com.
I look forward to hearing from you and exploring the possibilities together! If we have a fit or not it’s always great to connect with contributors and life-long learners!
